Septic systems
If you’re looking for a new or replacement septic system, it all starts with a septic design. These are typically 500.00 to 750.00 in Maine, and take about two weeks to complete. This is also referred to as your HHE-200, which is your subsurface wastewater disposal application.
Once design is done, an accurate estimate can be completed. The price below is from a new install, with a standard stone bed system, installed on a level lot in newfield Maine. This estimate includes all material and labor associated with installing the new system. This system was for a 3 bedroom home, 1250 gallon tank, 20x40 leech field. This install took 4 days and totaled $9650.00
Foundation excavation
There are so many different types of foundations, and that's why I make sure to discuss every detail with you before beginning so you know what to expect, and exactly how much it’s going to cost. We recently charged 7500.00 for a 1500 square foot basement excavation, that was for dig and prep only, with all material staying on site, no drainage or backfill was included in that price. Every single foundation is different, so please inquire for more information.
