We're a site work company that builds — new homes, ADUs, and commercial pads — so on our jobs the dirt isn't an exclusion. It's included.
The excavation is ours
We own the excavators, the grading equipment, and the dump trucks. No sitework subcontractor, no waiting on someone else’s schedule.
The septic is ours
Maine DEP-certified, soil test through tank install. The single biggest "surprise cost" on any build is baked into our number from day one.
The clearing is ours
Tree clearing, stumps, ledge, drainage — the site conditions other builders exclude from their fixed price are exactly what we do all day.
